What happens when you delete your account?

• Permanent Removal: Your profile, business records, and AI chat history will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.

• Loss of Access: You will immediately lose access to all bookkeeping data and premium features. This action cannot be undone.

• Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please ensure you cancel your subscription in your device settings before submitting this request.
