CLEARDEEPAI LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Ledgar mobile application and website (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Ledgar. By using Ledgar, you agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide

Account Details: Name, email address, and encrypted passwords.
Business Information: Clients, sales, invoices, expenses, and product descriptions.
AI Chat Interactions: We collect the text of the queries and prompts you enter into our AI assistant to provide real-time bookkeeping support and business insights.

B. Automatically Collected Information

Device Information: Model, OS version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Interaction logs, performance data, and crash reports.

C. Optional Information

Profile photos and specific invoice attachments.

We do NOT collect: Contacts, SMS, precise GPS location, or biometric data.

2. Artificial Intelligence Features

Ledgar utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) to provide chat support and automated business analysis.

Explicit Consent: We will obtain your explicit permission before sharing any identifiable data with third-party AI services.
Purpose: Data shared with AI providers is used solely to fulfill your specific requests (e.g., “Summarize my February expenses”).
No Model Training: We have agreements in place ensuring that our third-party AI providers do not use your private business data or prompts to train their global machine learning models.
Data Minimization: Where possible, data is anonymized or stripped of personal identifiers before being processed by AI models.

Ledgar is a professional business tool and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data immediately.
